Laurence Stitt

Managing Director

Laurence has more than 35 years’ experience in accounting and management positions in multinational and SME businesses across multiple sectors; including construction, manufacturing, and agriculture. These management positions; included senior and executive roles with Bundaberg Sugar, GRAINCO and JM Kelly Group of Companies. This provided Laurence exceptional skills in accounting, cost control, building, contracting and business analysis.

Laurence transferred his depth of knowledge into management consulting across heavy industry in Central Queensland for the last decade. During this time, he was called into sites when they needed help after workplace accidents or when Workplace Health and Safety Improvement Notices had been issued. He’d work with their management teams to improve the systems in which their employees worked. After many years of responding to help industry in their time of need, Laurence decided to do something proactive about it and designed this electronic compliance tool. The Rsured tool was born.

Dave Grenfell OAM

Executive Manager

Dave has spent 40 years managing major projects in the construction and building industry. At the start of his career, he managed a smaller company and experienced the pain points for small business in trying to keep up with all the current industry compliance requirements while running the day-to-day business.

He continues to consult with some Tier One infrastructure companies who are seeking to improve their capability and capacity of their people and operation.

Dave chose to join Rsured because he received an Order of Australia Medal for his outstanding achievements in the training sector and wished to continue to contribute to the learning management system space with the Rsured digital solution.  In addition, Dave resides on several Boards and is passionate about the effective application of management compliance throughout an entire organisation.  Dave doesn’t believe in lip service. Dave is a trusted advisor.

Jennifer McGuire

Customer Experience Manager

Jen has more than 25 years’ experience in frontline leadership and middle management positions where she has worked effectively leading diverse teams to design, create, implement, change manage and train new business management systems and the digital transformation they deliver a business.

Jen likes to identify and implement best known practice methods for organising and supporting the day-to-day operations of a business.  She likes to decrease the frustrations for employees, increase their tool time, decrease delays, and deliver to time, budget and quality anything in the workplace. She has joined the Rsured team to collaborate with customers to ensure the power of the Rsured tool is maximised to deliver to their businesses’ needs.
